Job summary

Mavi, a leading global lifestyle brand headquartered in Istanbul, is seeking a Business Intelligence Assistant to join the Global Information Technology team. The role focuses on designing ETL/ELT pipelines, building data structures, and delivering robust Power BI solutions to monitor retail performance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 1–2 years BI experience, strong SQL skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of BI experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of data architectures (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Semantic Models).
• Excellent English and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Build and maintain Lakehouse and Data Warehouse structures.
• Create analytical and semantic models to support decision-making.
• Develop and optimize Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Plan and execute BI studies to monitor retail performance.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across pipelines.
• Troubleshoot data and pipeline issues with IT and business teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
