Job summary

Hayat, a leading FMCG group headquartered in Istanbul, is seeking a Digital Technologies Governance Executive to drive IT governance across its Global Systems & Infrastructure team. You will lead cloud transformation initiatives, design modern hybrid cloud architectures, and contribute to governance documentation and KPI reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in IT governance, ITIL/COBIT, SDLC, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Governance, PMO, IT Project Management, IT Service Management or Digital Transformation.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and SDLC; familiarity with Agile/Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Governance framework across the organization.
• Coordinate IT Governance activities for assigned companies and ensure governance standards are consistently applied.
• Manage and monitor the end-to-end Demand Management process from demand intake to prioritization and portfolio tracking.
• Monitor IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with business priorities and governance standards.
• Ensure projects are executed according to the Project Management Methodology and governance requirements.
• Prepare governance dashboards, portfolio reports, KPIs and executive presentations for management.
• Track IT budget utilization, CAPEX/OPEX expenditures and portfolio financial performance.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Technologies Governance Executive to join our Global Systems & Infrastructure organization. In this role, you will lead cloud transformation initiatives, design modern hybrid cloud architectures and actively contribute to technical implementations when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Governance, PMO, IT Project Management, IT Service Management or Digital Transformation
• Good knowledge of IT Governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT and IT process management principles
• Experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management and Project Governance practices
• Experience in designing, documenting and improving IT processes and governance standards
• Experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience in preparing management reports, dashboards and KPI tracking
• Knowledge of IT budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX management and financial reporting is preferred
• Experience in SAP environments and enterprise application landscapes is a plus
• Experience in FMCG sector or manufacturing industry would be preferable
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
• Advanced level in both written and spoken English
• ITIL, PMP, COBIT or Agile certifications are considered a plus

Job Description:

• Monitor IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with business priorities, governance standards and strategic objectives.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the corporate Project Management Methodology and governance requirements.
• Monitor compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and Jira workflows.
• Support the governance of ITIL-based processes including Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Coordinate governance activities throughout the project lifecycle and ensure required documentation is complete, accurate and up to date.
• Prepare governance dashboards, portfolio reports, KPIs and executive presentations for management.
• Monitor project, service and governance performance using appropriate systems, tools and reporting techniques.
• Track IT budget utilization, CAPEX/OPEX expenditures and portfolio financial performance; identify variances and support forecasting activities.
• Monitor governance risks, issues, audit findings and improvement actions; elevate where necessary.
• Contribute to the definition, maintenance and continuous improvement of governance policies, procedures, templates and standards.
• Support Steering Committee meetings by preparing governance reports, portfolio analyses and decision‑making materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase governance maturity, process efficiency and organizational performance.
