Job summary

Hayat, a leading FMCG group headquartered in Istanbul, is seeking a Digital Technologies Governance Executive to drive IT governance across its Global Systems & Infrastructure team. You will lead cloud transformation initiatives, design modern hybrid cloud architectures, and contribute to governance documentation and KPI reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in IT governance, ITIL/COBIT, SDLC, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Governance, PMO, IT Project Management, IT Service Management or Digital Transformation.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and SDLC; familiarity with Agile/Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Governance framework across the organization.
• Coordinate IT Governance activities for assigned companies and ensure governance standards are consistently applied.
• Manage and monitor the end-to-end Demand Management process from demand intake to prioritization and portfolio tracking.
• Monitor IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with business priorities and governance standards.
• Ensure projects are executed according to the Project Management Methodology and governance requirements.
• Prepare governance dashboards, portfolio reports, KPIs and executive presentations for management.
• Track IT budget utilization, CAPEX/OPEX expenditures and portfolio financial performance.
