Position Summary
The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of operational performance and customer satisfaction across ISS food production services in multiple locations. It ensures the sustainable implementation of efficiency, cost control, optimization, and service standards within operations, while driving field execution through a performance-oriented and results-driven approach.
The role works in close coordination with internal operational and support functions to ensure consistent execution across sites, aligning customer expectations with ISS service standards and operational excellence objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operational performance of ISS food production services across all locations
- Define, monitor, and drive improvement actions related to KPIs and SLAs covering service efficiency, cost control, customer satisfaction, operational continuity, and service standards
- Lead optimization initiatives across menu planning, portion management, workforce planning, and cost management processes
- Develop and execute field improvement plans based on customer feedback and recurring operational issues
- Take an operational leadership role in critical service disruptions, ensuring effective coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze operational risks, recurring performance gaps, and service disruptions, and develop preventive and corrective improvement initiatives
- Conduct benchmark analysis to compare operational performance, cost structures, and service standards against internal and external best practices
- Support the development of operational teams and site managers in line with performance expectations, service standards, and operational excellence principles
- Prepare, analyze, and present regular operational performance reports, insights, and improvement recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in food production, mass production environments, or multi-site operational structures
- Proven experience in managing operational performance within large-scale, geographically dispersed food production organizations
- Strong experience working with KPIs, SLAs, and performance indicators, with a data-driven and analytical decision-making approach
- Demonstrated involvement in operational efficiency, cost control, optimization initiatives, and the continuous development of service standards
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in complex organizational structures
- Hands-on experience in change management, continuous improvement, and operational performance transformation projects
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
- Lean Management experience is considered an asset
