Job summary

ISS Türkiye seeks a seasoned leader to oversee integrated facility management across Türkiye, reporting to the COO. You will drive end-to-end field operations, optimize workforce, and ensure service excellence across a large multi-site network.

You will own operational P&L, manage budgets, growth, and profitability while upholding ISS standards in quality, HSE, and information security, leading transformation and digitalization initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles within large-scale, multi-site service operations
• Strong hand-on experience in integrated facility management, including catering, technical services, cleaning, security, or similar multi-service environments
• Proven experience in managing large teams and leading multi-site field operations with significant workforce size
• Demonstrated success in P&L management, budgeting, cost optimization, and profitability improvement
• Strong commercial acumen with solid experience in client management, contract management, and business development
• Experience in transformation, restructuring, or scaling operations within complex and dynamic environments
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking and strategic decision-making capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and full accountability for integrated facility management operations across Türkiye, ensuring consistent service continuity, operational excellence, and superior customer satisfaction across a large, complex, multi-site network
• Report directly to the COO, acting as a key contributor in shaping operational strategy, organizational design, and performance management frameworks
• Own and drive end-to-end field operations across all service lines, ensuring effective and scalable resource planning, workforce optimization, and service delivery excellence to achieve best-in-class operational performance
• Take full ownership of operational P&L, ensuring disciplined budget governance, cost optimization, revenue growth, and sustainable profitability while delivering tangible impact in the field
• Ensure full compliance and rigorous implementation of ISS standards in quality, HSE, environmental, and information security across all operations
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including digitalization, process optimization, and scalability programs, ensuring effective execution and measurable business impact
• Lead and continuously develop a high-performing, multi-layered operational organization across Türkiye, including regional managers and field leadership; ensure strong execution capability, leadership depth, and a robust succession pipeline to sustain operational performance at scale
• Own and manage strategic client relationships; ensure contract retention, drive customer satisfaction, and proactively identify growth and expansion opportunities
• Work in close partnership with Sales, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other corporate functions to enable operational excellence and deliver business outcomes
• Own, monitor, and drive national-level operational KPIs (SLA performance, customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability), ensuring timely decision-making and execution of improvement actions
• Lead operational risk management, business continuity, and crisis response to safeguard uninterrupted service delivery
• Represent the organization in executive-level internal and external platforms when required
