As a Process Optimization Senior Specialist, you will support the end-to-end management and improvement of business processes by identifying optimization opportunities, developing data-driven and technology-enabled solutions and coordinating initiatives across relevant teams. You will play an active role in transforming improvement ideas into actionable solutions and ensuring their successful follow-up through completion.
Responsibilities:
Process Management & Improvement
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of operational processes (AS-IS) and design target-state processes (TO-BE).
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, process flow diagrams and process standards.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, capacity constraints and improvement opportunities.
Data Analysis & Performance
- Develop and monitor process KPIs and analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate analysis results into actionable insights, reports and management presentations.
Strategy, Technology & Digitalization
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend technology-driven solutions, including AI, LLMs, NLP, RPA and workflow automation.
- Explore new approaches and technologies to improve operational efficiency, process quality and customer experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate and follow up process improvement initiatives end-to-end, ensuring progress and completion.
- Collaborate closely with business units, IT, Marketing, Operations and other cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field from a reputable university.
- 5+ years of experience in process management, process improvement, program management or related areas.
- 2+ years of experience in working with emerging technologies such as AI, LLMs, NLP, RPA and workflow automation.
Process & Data Skills
- Knowledge of process modeling, process intelligence, process mining and process performance metrics.
- Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), with the ability to interpret data and generate business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Awareness of AI, LLMs, NLP, RPA and other emerging technologies and their potential applications in business process optimization.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
