Job summary

Adisyo is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive data-driven growth for our cloud-based POS solutions. You will plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Taboola, and track performance with Google Analytics.

The role requires 2–3 years in digital marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and fluent English. A software/engineering background and experience in e-commerce are a plus, with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, preferably software or computer engineering.
• Knowledge of coding and programming.
• Experience at a digital marketing agency; e-commerce exposure is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics; Google Ads certification preferred.
• Hands-on in performance and mobile marketing; strong data analytics.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; proactive and growth-minded.
• Passion for technology, startups, and innovation.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, preferably Software Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge of coding and programming.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including experience working at a digital marketing agency. Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics; Google Ads certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing and mobile marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and uncover growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and managing well thought out and creative online marketing strategies including (but not limited to) channels like Google Ads, Meta, Taboola etc.
• Overseeing the daily account management & optimization activities
• Monitoring and reporting on web activity using Google Analytics and other tools; developing measurement dashboards, producing regular and ad-hoc web activity reports
• Managing marketing funnel from start to end and deploying necessary tactics on and off website to generate qualified leads
• Implementing a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to optimise campaign performance
• Demonstrating an ROI focus and an aptitude for how to optimise digital channels and campaigns for maximum return.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages, reformulate ad content and optimize user experience
• Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
