Job summary

Transmed Turkiye is seeking a Demand Planner to develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term demand plans for our FMCG portfolio.

The role requires implementing IBP processes, coordinating with production planning, and publishing stock-out reports to minimize losses. On-site position with emphasis on analytics and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field in engineering or business management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes
• Good command of English
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, multi-tasking, problem-solving, result-oriented and responsible
• Strong organization and coordination skills
• Completed military service for male candidates

Responsibilities

• Implement Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes
• Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term demand plans
• Conduct daily and weekly demand checks
• Monitor product supply issues with production planning and take necessary actions
• Publish daily stock-out reports
• Execute stock allocation process
• Ensure orders are planned and prepared on time to prevent sales losses
• Conduct analyses and guide sales teams to improve planning accuracy
• Determine and monitor optimal stock levels
• Prevent slow-moving and idle stock
