Job summary

METRO Türkiye is seeking a talented central ordering and demand planning professional to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability across stores.

You will manage sales and supply planning, determine order quantities, analyze forecasting data, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Proficiency with Order Management Systems and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in central ordering management processes for stores.
• Proficiency in Order Management Systems.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and results-driven mindset.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and supply planning activities to optimize stock levels and product availability.
• Be responsible for the demand and supply processes of Central Ordering products and suppliers.
• Determine accurate order quantities by effectively using systems and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Evaluate all ordering criteria that impact the demand planning process.
• Manage ordering actions that support in-store stock management processes.
• Lead demand forecasting analysis and reporting activities.
• Actively and efficiently use ordering and forecasting systems/tools.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects with strong communication and collaboration skills.
