Job summary

BGTS International is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to support product, pricing, and master data operations across ERP and PIM systems. The role involves transforming, validating, and uploading data, monitoring workflows, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep data accurate and up to date.

You’ll work hands-on with Excel and structured data, handling imports/exports, data validation, and system uploads, while ensuring data quality and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data operations, master data, product data, ERP/PIM, or e-commerce catalogue operations.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Hands-on experience with data imports, exports, validation, transformation, and system uploads.
• Experience working with ERP/PIM or product information systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Transform, validate, and upload product, pricing, and BOM data across ERP and PIM systems.
• Manage vendor product data onboarding and data preparation for system uploads.
• Monitor Akeneo and Navision workflows, integrations, and scheduled exports.
• Investigate first-level processing errors, resolve issues per procedures, escalate when needed.
• Ensure product data, pricing, and images are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays and bottlenecks.
• Support and improve data-processing activities through basic automation.

You’ll play a hands-on role in transforming, validating, and uploading data, monitoring system workflows, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep product data accurate and up to date.

Who you are

You’re a detail-oriented, analytical, and hands-on data operations professional with experience in master data, product data, ERP/PIM, or e-commerce catalogue operations.

You’re confident working with Excel and structured data, comfortable investigating operational issues, and proactive when it comes to following up with stakeholders and getting things done.

Key responsibilities

• Data Operations: Transform, validate, and upload product, pricing, and bill-of-materials data across ERP and PIM systems.
• Product Data: Manage vendor product data onboarding and prepare data for system uploads.
• System Monitoring: Monitor Akeneo and Navision workflows, integrations, and scheduled exports.
• Error Handling: Investigate first-level processing errors, resolve issues within defined procedures, and escalate when needed.
• Data Quality: Ensure product data, pricing, and images are accurate and complete.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Follow up with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays, incomplete data, and operational bottlenecks.
• Automation: Support and improve data-processing activities through basic automation.

Requirements
