Job summary

BGTS International is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to support product, pricing, and master data operations across ERP and PIM systems. The role involves transforming, validating, and uploading data, monitoring workflows, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep data accurate and up to date.

You’ll work hands-on with Excel and structured data, handling imports/exports, data validation, and system uploads, while ensuring data quality and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data operations, master data, product data, ERP/PIM, or e-commerce catalogue operations.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Hands-on experience with data imports, exports, validation, transformation, and system uploads.
• Experience working with ERP/PIM or product information systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Transform, validate, and upload product, pricing, and BOM data across ERP and PIM systems.
• Manage vendor product data onboarding and data preparation for system uploads.
• Monitor Akeneo and Navision workflows, integrations, and scheduled exports.
• Investigate first-level processing errors, resolve issues per procedures, escalate when needed.
• Ensure product data, pricing, and images are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays and bottlenecks.
• Support and improve data-processing activities through basic automation.
