Taboola is seeking a Client Success Lead to drive strategic agency and brand partnerships across Turkey and emerging markets. You will own relationship management, KPI-driven growth, pipeline forecasting, and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating from client offices and events.

If you bring 7+ years in digital marketing client roles and a deep Turkish ecosystem understanding, this role offers high-impact growth with hybrid work options and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Agency and/or brand side background with campaigns and client ownership.
• Experience in KPI-based campaign management and optimization.
• Expertise in pipeline development and forecasting for revenue growth.
• Deep knowledge of the Turkish digital ecosystem and media agency landscape.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to top agency and brand clients to drive growth and campaigns.
• Build strong client relationships and uncover new business within existing Book of Business.
• Analyze campaign data and create reports to demonstrate value of Taboola platform.
• Educate clients on best practices and new features to achieve goals.
• Support with campaign setup, tracking, and targeting; collaborate with Ad Ops on issues.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Lead client meetings and quarterly business reviews across Turkey and region.
• Spend time on-site with clients to strengthen relationships and represent Taboola.
