Job summary

Samsung Electronics Türkiye is seeking a talented D2C Sales and Growth Senior Manager to drive direct-to-consumer growth across both B2B and B2C channels, while overseeing O2O initiatives and the Employee Purchase Program.

You will lead the expansion of the 3PD network, negotiate with third-party partners, and build strong internal and external relationships to sustain long-term growth in the SMB market. Strong commercial acumen essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in e-commerce, operations, or sales with progressive responsibility.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive D2C sales growth across B2B and B2C channels.
• Lead O2O program and Employee Purchase Program (EPP).
• Expand Third-Party Distribution network and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Platform teams.
• Develop SMB market business plans and sales strategies.
• Mentor D2C Business Operations team.
• Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
