Job summary

Electrolux Group in Turkey is looking for a D2C Marketplace Manager to lead and scale our direct-to-consumer marketplace business. You will own commercial performance, partner with central and local teams, and drive revenue growth across major Turkish e-commerce channels.

The role requires 4+ years in D2C e-commerce, strong analytics, and fluency in English and Turkish. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, supply chain, and product to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• 4+ years in D2C e-commerce and marketplace management.
• Strong analytical skills with GA, Excel, and Qlik Sense; SEO/SEM knowledge.
• Experience managing marketplace economics, pricing, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Understand ecommerce landscape in Türkiye and adjust selling approaches with local teams.
• Coordinate ranging and pricing activities with local, cluster, and central teams.
• Drive sales, market share, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
• Plan, review and drive promotions aligned with sales strategy.
• Leverage SEO, SEM, email, and ads to drive site traffic with Digital Marketing.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reporting and KPI analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product to maximize impact.
