Amcor is seeking a Quality & Technical Operations Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Konak. You will manage and coordinate quality and technical field operations for assigned customers, ensuring timely responses and problem-solving with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have 3+ years in quality, production, or continuous improvement, with strong Turkish and English communication and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering).
• 3+ years in Quality, Production, Technical Support, or Continuous Improvement preferred.
• Proficient Turkish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all quality and technical field operations for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Analyze customer complaints and technical requests with timely feedback.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Follow preventive actions to avoid quality problems.
• Monitor specifications and communicate with teams; conduct customer visits as needed.
• Support production plans and collaborate on customer-oriented solutions.
