What You'll Do

• Support customers with inquiries such as:
• Nearest store locations.
• Online product returns.
• Complaints and issue resolution.
• Stock availability checks.
• Product reservation requests.
• Handle inbound calls (emails may be included later).
• Provide basic technical support when needed.
• Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Salary & Benefits

• o Attendance bonus: 5,000 TL (with 100% shift compliance, valid until end of 2025).

Work Schedule

• Shifts between 09:00 20:00 CET (summer hours; winter adds +1 hour).
• Rotating shifts:
  • 09:00–18:00
  • 10:00–19:00
  • 11:00–20:00
  • 12:00–21:00
  • 13:00–22:00
• Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9-hour schedule).
• Days off: 2 per week (Sunday fixed, second day variable).
• Work on public holidays required (paid at 2x rate by law).

Training

• Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
• Hours: 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00.
• Format: Online.
• Attendance is mandatory.
