Your Role As a Customer Support Agent

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Answer phone inquiries, provide support and direction to customers, and resolve customer service issues in a timely, empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database.
• Troubleshoot through open questions, support documents, and system training.
• Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 Level or Native).
