Job summary

We are recruiting Dutch Customer Support Agents to work in Turkey. You will answer inbound calls, provide support and direction to customers, and resolve customer service issues in a timely, empathetic manner.

Requirements include fluent Dutch (C1/C2 or native) and good English (B2), with the ability to work in rotating shifts. You will input data accurately and troubleshoot using training materials, while offering solutions for common problems.

Qualifications
