Work From Home as a Customer Service Representative (German Speakers)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
• Handle common inquiries such as:
• Store locations.
• Online returns.
• Complaint management.
• Checking product stock in stores.
• Product reservations (IBS).
• Deliver excellent service, contributing to high customer satisfaction.
• Join a long-standing, stable project with a low turnover rate.
• Be part of team meetings, feedback sessions, and special day celebrations.

Salary & Benefits

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts:
• 09:00-18:00
• 10:00-19:00
• 11:00-20:00
• 12:00-21:00
• 13:00-22:00
• Split shift: 09:00-13:00 / 18:00-23:00 (every 78 weeks, with 2 days off including one weekend day).
• Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9-hour schedule).
• Days off: Sunday + 1 variable day.

Training

• Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
• Hours: 09:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00.
• Format: Online.
• Attendance is mandatory.
