complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, is seeking a Head of Global Sales to drive international growth outside Türkiye from its Istanbul base. You will report to the CEO, guide four to five sales professionals, own the new‑business target, and coach the team on complex bank and fintech deals.

You will close strategic opportunities, build reseller relationships, and travel regularly to meet buyers across time zones, while shaping the sales playbook and forecast.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B sales, including leadership of sales teams.
• Track record of hitting targets as a leader with clear quotas.
• Experience selling to banks, payment companies or financial institutions.

Responsabilités

• Own international new‑business targets and pipeline outside Türkiye.
• Lead a team of 4–5 salespeople, set targets and coach on deals end‑to‑end.
• Close largest deals personally and expand multi‑country partnerships.
