complead Inc., formerly Sanction Scanner, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to run product across the platform, own every module from sanctions screening to case management, and lead two PMs. You will write specs, run sprints and ship releases, and push for an AI-native process.

This on-site role based in Üsküdar, Istanbul, requires strong hands-on leadership, English fluency, and a track record shipping roadmaps in B2B SaaS, preferably fintech/regtech.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years leading other PMs.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, AML or payments is a strong plus.
• Proven track record shipping roadmaps, sprints and on-time releases with hands-on specs.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools to research, write specs and analyze data.
• Strong API and integration familiarity; SQL proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own every module in the platform and manage a team of PMs across all modules.
• Write specs, run sprints and own releases end-to-end.
• Lead AI-native product processes and measure speed improvements.
• Mentor junior PMs and align product work with engineering and sales.
• Engage with customers and competitors to inform roadmap decisions.
