Job summary

The Lead Product Manager will own every module of complead’s platform, guiding two PMs and collaborating daily with engineering, sales and customer success. You will write specs, run sprints and ship releases, while elevating the team and driving AI-powered improvements across sanctions screening, KYC/KYB, and case management.

Based in Üsküdar, Istanbul, you will own the product roadmap, set priorities, and ensure timely deliveries in a fast-growing fintech/regtech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years leading other PMs.
• Experience in fintech, regtech, AML or payments is a strong plus.
• You own roadmaps, run sprints and releases; you can walk us through something you shipped.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, v0) for research, specs and analysis.
• Comfort with APIs and integrations; SQL for analysis; familiarity with Azure Boards or Jira, Postman and Grafana.
• Attention to detail; you close loops and catch dependencies.
• A people leader who still does the work; clear expectations and feedback.
• Comfort with intensity; fast-growing, long weeks; set pace for team.
• Fluent English; able to run customer calls and present roadmaps in English.
• Degree in engineering, computer science or related field; equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on-site at our Üsküdar, Istanbul office.

Responsibilities

• Own every module: sanctions screening, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, case management.
• Lead two junior PMs; set priorities, review specs, coach until autonomous.
• Develop AI-native product processes: research, specs, prototypes, test cases, release notes.
• Define AI in product: alert triage, case summaries, explain risk decisions; ship prototypes.
• Shape AI workflows across sales, support, and operations; turn best ones into internal tools.
• Maintain a realistic roadmap; ensure on-time releases and clear handoffs across teams.
