Geolifespirit is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support pet owners using our SmartCollar platform, acting as the trusted contact from setup to subscription questions and product improvements.

Based in Türkiye, the role offers remote or hybrid work with offices in Ankara and Sivas, plus a flexible schedule, health insurance, and development opportunities within a TÜBİTAK-backed R&D project.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer support or success role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
• Ability to explain technical products to users in simple terms.
• Patient, empathetic and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus.
• Interest in pets and technology.
• Team player who works well in a group.

Our customers entrust us with the safety of the companions they love, so our support experience matters as much as our product. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will stand by users from setup to subscription questions, resolve issues and carry the voice from the field into product improvement.
