Best Service Team (BST) İstanbul merkezli bir müşteri destek şirketidir. Uzaktan çalışmayı benimseyen uluslararası bir ekip olarak, dünyanın önde gelen markalarına sorunsuz müşteri deneyimi sunmak için çalışıyoruz.

Bu rolde Türkçe konuşan müşterilere telefon, e-posta ve sohbet aracılığıyla ilk temas sağlanacak; hızlı çözümler sunulacak ve CRM üzerinden etkileşimler kaydedilecek.

Qualificações

• Türkçe ve İngilizce akıcı iletişim becerileri.
• Müşteri desteği alanında deneyim tercih edilir.
• Hızlı tempolu ortama uyum sağlama ve etkili iletişim yeteneği.

Responsabilidades

• Türkçe konuşan müşterilerle telefon, e-posta ve sohbet yoluyla ilk temas noktası olma.
• Müşteri sorularına doğru bilgiler ve çözümler sağlama.
• Müşteri etkileşimlerini CRM sistemine kaydetme.
• Takım ve diğer departmanlarla iş birliği yaparak karmaşık sorunları çözme.
• Ürün bilgisi ve müşteri hizmetleri becerilerini geliştirmek için eğitimlere katılma.
• Müşteri şikayetleri veya zorlukları karşısında olumlu ve profesyonel tutum sergileme.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or challenges.

• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
