Lectra in Turkey is expanding its regional customer engagement team and seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support TextileGenesis Turkey and ensure traceability in supply chains for European and US brands. You will train suppliers, assist customers, and collaborate with global project managers to deliver superior service.
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in textile or sustainability, excellent English, and strong data analysis and MS Office skills.

We are currently expanding our customer engagement team in Turkey and are looking for a strong Customer Service Specialist who wants to be part of the revolution in creating sustainable and traceable supply chains in the fashion and textile industry. We are looking for high achievers who are passionate about working at the intersection of sustainability and technology, are keen on driving change in the fashion textile industry, and are team players and leaders who stay ahead of the curve when it comes to delivering customer excellence.
You will play a key role in training and onboarding suppliers and providing support wherever necessary, ensuring delivery of supply‑chain traceability in the Turkey region to meet the project requirements of brands and retailers based in Europe and the USA. You will collaborate closely with global project managers and other project team members. The ability to build strong customer relationships with people from diverse business and cultural backgrounds is a key prerequisite. Strong communication skills and willingness to listen with an open mind will be key to succeeding in this role. You would also collaborate internally with the product team, providing inputs from users to improve the product.
