Job summary

Lectra in Turkey is expanding its regional customer engagement team and seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support TextileGenesis Turkey and ensure traceability in supply chains for European and US brands. You will train suppliers, assist customers, and collaborate with global project managers to deliver superior service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in textile or sustainability, excellent English, and strong data analysis and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in the textile industry, certification body, or sustainability domain.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard suppliers and provide support as needed.
• Ensure delivery of supply‑chain traceability in Turkey for Europe/USA brands.
• Collaborate with global project managers and other team members.
• Build strong customer relationships across diverse backgrounds.
• Work with product teams to provide user input for improvements.
