Astemo Bursa Otomotiv A.Ş. is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team in Bursa.

You will drive assembly process quality strategy, lead continuous improvement programs, and ensure adherence to APQP, PPAP and customer requirements across operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Engineering and at least 3 years in quality roles, with strong knowledge of SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, GD&T and Lean Six Sigma, plus excellent cross-functional collaboration and

Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor degree and minimum 3 years Quality experience in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, RCA (8D/5 Why), Process Audits (VDA6.3), GD&T, Lean Six Sigma, IATF 16949, Quality Risk Management, Statistical Analysis and Assembly Process Validation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, cross-functional collaboration and adaptability for a global mobility environment.
• Customer focus and continuous improvement mindset with coaching & mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive assembly process quality strategy and continuous improvement programs to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Manage quality risk assessment, defect prevention, and process control activities across assembly operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and customer expectations.
