BSH Ev Aletleri Türkiye is seeking a Customer Demand Management Operation Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Turkey. You will analyze customer demand and service data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities in an international environment.

You will prepare dashboards and KPI analyses, support operational teams with data-driven recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and higher customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• At least 2 years of experience in business analytics, operations, customer service, demand management or a related field.
