Job summary

EPS, Ekspres Personel Servis ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our client in Bandırma, Balıkesir, operating in cryogenic tank production. The role focuses on optimizing maintenance processes, ensuring safety, and coordinating with service teams.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 2–3 years in service functions, strong English, and readiness to travel internationally and domestically. On-site work in Bandırma is required.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in all service functions.
• Experience with pressurised equipment and industrial gases is an asset.
• Travel readiness; able to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Improve service policies, procedures and standards.
• Demonstrate ability to carry on business conversations with customers.
• Maintain professional relationships with all support departments.
• Ensure service expenses align with budget and procure necessary materials.
• Fill forms for new/completed work orders.
• Support workshop technicians when required.
• Lead and supervise a team of technical service staff during external works.
• Perform productivity improvement activities for the workshop.
