Job summary

CCI in Elazığ is seeking a Production Engineer to join the Supply Chain team. You will plan and coordinate maintenance activities, develop preventive maintenance schedules and lead a high performing team to deliver reliable plant performance.

You will implement KPIs, manage the annual maintenance budget and capital expenditures, ensure compliance with GMP, safety, quality and environmental standards, and build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to optimize operations in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Strong problem solving, planning and decision making abilities.
• Knowledge of utilities principles, practices, and auditing standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA automation systems.
• Autocad knowledge is a plus.
• Data analytics knowledge.
• Turkish fluent, English advanced.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Willing to be located in Elazığ.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities in the facilities including evaluating equipment needs and reliability issues.
• Develop a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule and lead the team to deliver maintenance effectively.
• Support Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards and company policies.
• Develop and enforce work safety procedures and ensure team compliance.
• Manage and coach a high-performing maintenance team and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance.
• Prepare annual maintenance budget and forecasts and manage CAPEX proposals from start to finish.
• Develop, implement and monitor KPIs for each area of responsibility; report on progress.
• Schedule internal and external work to maximize planned downtime and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Ensure calibration/maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure buildings, plants and facilities are fit for purpose; provide proactive support.
• Set up utilities maintenance according to plans.
• Prepare reports for continuous improvement and corrective actions; present to management.
• Ensure GMP rules are followed; minimize costs and losses.
