Job summary

EPS, Ekspres Personel Servis ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our client in Bandırma, Balıkesir, operating in cryogenic tank production. The role focuses on optimizing maintenance processes, ensuring safety, and coordinating with service teams.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 2–3 years in service functions, strong English, and readiness to travel internationally and domestically. On-site work in Bandırma is required.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in all service functions.
• Experience with pressurised equipment and industrial gases is an asset.
• Travel readiness; able to travel internationally and domestically.

Job description

We are looking for a “Maintenance Engineer " with below requirement for our client operating in cryogenic tank production as a part of manufacturing sector in Bandırma, Balıkesir.

Key Responsibilities

• Improving customer service policies, procedures and standards,
• To demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers,
• Maintains professional internal and external relationships all support departments,
• Ensuring service expenses to compliance with budget, follow up procrement for necessary materials of work orders,
• Filling the forms of new/completed work orders,
• Supports workshop technicians when required,
• Leading and supervising a team of technical service staff during the external works,
• Performing productivity improvement activities for the workshop.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. of preferably Mechanical, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering,
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in all Service functions,
• Having experience in pressurised equipment, industrial gases and preferably cryogenics knowledge is an asset,
• Having knowledge in electric, electronics, automation and mechanical installation,
• Advance level of English is a must,
• Having good communication, presentation and reporting skills,
• Ability to handle dynamic, very fast-pace work environment,
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, requirements,
• Able to travel within short notice, position requires extensive international and domestic travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
