Job summary

Gizli, a leading Food & Beverage services company, seeks a Cost Controlling Specialist for its Head Office. The role focuses on monthly cost analyses, budget variances, and cost controls across inventory, waste, and pricing.

You will coordinate with operations and senior management, driving efficiency and profitability. The candidate should have a bachelor’s in accounting/finance (master’s preferred), strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/POS systems, and proficiency in Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI) and data reporting.
• Hands-on with ERP, inventory management, or POS systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of COA preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strategic perspective.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, report, and monitor monthly cost analyses.
• Analyze sales, costs, and profitability and report to management.
• Prepare budget, actual, and variance analyses.
• Monitor costs based on stock, waste, loss, and recipe.
• Control purchase prices and analyze price-change impacts.
• Report inflation impact on cost structure.
• Create Excel-based analyses and dashboards for management.
• Support cost improvement and savings opportunities with operations.
• Conduct branch visits and audits and report findings.
• Consolidate and interpret data from operations for reporting.
• Standardize and improve cost-control processes.
• Enter KPI data into relevant systems.
• Plan and evaluate inventory counting processes.
• Respond to audits and internal-control requests.
• Perform P&L analysis and controls.
• Support budget preparation activities.
