Job summary

Koroplast in Turkey is seeking a Cost Controller to strengthen cost management across production operations. You will design cost structures, monitor performance, and ensure accurate month-end closes using SAP PA module.

The role requires a degree in business/economics/engineering and at least five years in financial planning within manufacturing, with strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified is required.
• At least 5 years in financial planning and control in manufacturing.
• Strong SAP cost accounting and profitability knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost control across production operations and drive process improvements.

• Support budgeting and cost estimation studies.
• Prepare cost simulations and price offers for Sales and Marketing.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

We are currently seeking a Cost Controller to join our team.

Job Description

• Ensure cost control by conducting process improvement activities related to production operations; design system structures and monitor current operations
• Play an active role in planning, monitoring, controlling, and continuously improving cost-related processes
• Execute monthly cost closures via SAP and perform product profitability analyses
• Within the scope of the SAP Profitability Analysis (PA) module, ensure accurate allocation of expense items to cost centers and distribution channels during month-end closings
• Contribute to budget preparation processes by supporting cost estimation studies
• Prepare cost simulations and generate price offers in line with requests from Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams
• Carry out additional tasks and projects assigned by the manager in line with departmental goals
