Job summary

Lactalis Türkiye seeks a Commercial Control Executive to join its Management Control team in Turkey. The role focuses on preparing and analyzing the monthly P&L by product, customer, and warehouse location, while monitoring profitability and reporting on key Sales KPIs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to provide financial support, drive budgeting and forecasts, and perform variance analyses to guide management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in audit and controlling.
• Previous experience in the Big Four firm.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced user of MS Office applications.
• Preferably knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze the monthly Management P&L by product, customer, and warehouse location.
• Monitor and analyze monthly customer profitability.
• Track and report key Sales KPIs.
• Act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams, maintaining close collaboration and providing financial support when needed.
• Manage budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actual results, and provide actionable insights to management.
