Job summary

Koroplast in Turkey is seeking a Cost Controller to strengthen cost management across production operations. You will design cost structures, monitor performance, and ensure accurate month-end closes using SAP PA module.

The role requires a degree in business/economics/engineering and at least five years in financial planning within manufacturing, with strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified is required.
• At least 5 years in financial planning and control in manufacturing.
• Strong SAP cost accounting and profitability knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience in planning, monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost control across production operations and drive process improvements.
• Plan, monitor, control and continuously improve cost-related processes.
• Perform monthly cost closures via SAP and analyze product profitability.
• Allocate expenses to cost centers and distribution channels during month-end closings.
• Support budgeting and cost estimation studies.
• Prepare cost simulations and price offers for Sales and Marketing.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
