Job summary

Küçükoğlu Holding is seeking a cost accounting specialist to drive production cost analysis, budgeting and variance reporting across its İstanbul, Sakarya, Bursa, Kocaeli and Slovenia sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in cost accounting, financial controlling and budgeting in automotive industry.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FI, CO-PA, PS, FM and SAP BPC modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs and report variances in labor, energy, overhead and depreciation.
• Analyze standard vs actual costs and support actions to close gaps.
• Manage bills of materials, standard costing structures, and cost calculations with R&D/Production.
• Analyze labor costs, capacity, OEE, energy use, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Monitor scrap, waste, rework, and material usage; perform cost analyses.
• Analyze purchase price movements and currency-based cost changes.
• Verify accuracy of cost entries in SAP and support costing processes.
• Participate in quarterly/year-end inventory counts and controls.
• Prepare KPI reports and provide regular financial analyses to management.
• Support productivity and cost-improvement projects with financial analyses.
• Control SAP Master Data processes and data accuracy.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting, financial controlling, and budgeting processes within the automotive industry
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI, CO-PA, PS, FM, and SAP BPC modules
• Experience in cost accounting, standard costing, actual cost calculations, and cost variance analysis
• Experience in budget preparation, budget monitoring, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Knowledge of production costs, inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory processes
• Experience in production finance, cost optimization, and operational performance analysis
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, financial statement interpretation, and management reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Preferably good command of English
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and teamwork skills

Job Description

• Analyze production costs and report variances in labor, energy, manufacturing overhead, and depreciation expenses
• Analyze standard costs, actual costs, and cost variances, and support the implementation of necessary actions
• Manage bills of materials, standard costing structures, and cost calculations in coordination with R&D and Production teams
• Analyze labor costs, capacity utilization, OEE, energy consumption, and conversion costs affecting production efficiency, and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor scrap, waste, rework rates, and material usage performance, and conduct cost analyses
• Analyze purchase price movements, alternative supplier costs, and foreign currency-based cost changes
• Verify the accuracy of cost accounting entries in the SAP system and support costing processes
• Participate in quarterly and year-end inventory count processes, analyze the results, and perform necessary controls
• Prepare KPI reports, monitor production performance indicators, and provide regular financial analyses to management
• Provide financial analysis support for productivity and cost improvement projects and track the impact of productivity initiatives
• Control SAP Master Data processes and support data accuracy
• Support management decision-making processes through financial analysis, ad hoc reporting, and cost reduction initiatives
