Job summary

Martur Fompak International in Bursa seeks an experienced Costing & Quotation Analyst to drive project cost analyses and pricing strategies. You will assess RFQs, integrate inputs from engineering and other departments, and support management decisions with robust cost data.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing costing, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. Relocation to Bursa is expected where needed, and initiative is valued in a global manufacturing setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 5 years in standard costing, quotation, and reporting in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project-based cost and profitability analyses.
• Analyze RFQs and engineering change requests for cost impact.
• Validate and integrate cost inputs from departments into analyses.
• Develop accurate and competitive pricing for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Report analyses to management and support decision-making.
• Ensure quotations are communicated as targets to departments.
• Ensure cost analyses align with BOM and 3D data.
• Manage data tracking, documentation, and reporting throughout the process.
