Job summary

This temporary role covers a maternity leave period and focuses on cost accounting, general accounting, and maintaining strong financial controls within a manufacturing setting.

You will control and support stakeholders in assigning production material invoices to cost centers, ensure transactions comply with policies, and provide documents to auditors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering).
• Experience in cost accounting or general accounting.
• Manufacturing environment background with hands-on cost accounting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Control and support all relevant stakeholders in assigning general production material invoices to the appropriate cost centers and accounts.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in full compliance with accounting procedures, internal policies, and relevant principles.
• Provide all required supporting documents and information to external auditors or internal parties upon request.
• Perform regular controls of the E-Invoice and E-Waybill systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor, control, and report current account reconciliations.
• Record and conduct periodic controls of general production material invoices.
• Manage and maintain the archiving system in an organized and compliant manner.
• Execute inventory counts for general and direct production materials and prepare related reports.
• Provide operational support to suppliers regarding documentation, processes, and inquiries.
