Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking an experienced Procurement & Contract Manager to lead contract drafting, revision and compliance across our global projects. The role requires strategic thinking, a strong managerial track record, and the ability to drive efficiencies within the contract lifecycle.

You will oversee procurement-related drafts, ensure approvals, analyze processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver robust contract workflows while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement and contract management.
• Managerial experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in contract drafting, revision, legal compliance, and contract management systems.
• Experience in reporting, process analysis, and system development.
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procurement-related contract drafts in line with Project/Head Office requirements and manage approvals.
• Analyze contract management processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate among departments, assign tasks, and manage the team.
• Design, implement, and monitor contract workflows through the contract management system.
• Prepare reports on contract workflow performance for senior management.
• Ensure contracts are updated and revised in line with applicable legislation.

What You’ll Do?

• Ensure that all activities under responsibility are carried out in line with the department’s objectives, strategies, policies, plans, and programs
• Prepare procurement-related contract drafts in line with Project and/or Head Office requirements and manage approval processes
• Analyze contract management processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency
• Ensure effective coordination among relevant departments, assign tasks within the team, and manage the team
• Design, implement, and monitor contract workflows through the contract management system
• Prepare reports on contract workflow performance and present them to senior management
• Ensure effective and systematic operation of all systems within the scope of responsibility; lead the design of new systems and the continuous improvement of existing ones when needed
• Manage contract-related correspondence; review, control, and support contract negotiation processes
• Ensure contracts are updated and revised in compliance with applicable legislation
