Job summary

Hepsiburada is seeking a Content Manager to ensure high-quality content across FAQs, guides, and chatbot flows for HepsiJet, Hepsipay, HepsiLojistik, and Hepsiburada Global. You will maintain editorial standards, ensure Turkish language accuracy, and collaborate with AI tools to improve content across the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
• Excellent command of Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience writing and editing content (FAQs, guides, chatbot flows).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex information.
• Ability to plan work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking and ability to structure content clearly.
• Understanding of legal and financial aspects of content.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with AI tools and ability to write effective prompts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning content updates and prepare relevant materials.
• Edit and create clear, structured content: FAQs, guides, and chatbot flows.
• Establish and maintain editorial standards and content guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and structure across all materials.
• Review content for grammatical accuracy and compliance with Turkish language standards.
• Validate accuracy of information and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Use GPT/LLM tools in daily work to support editing and content improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality and editorial processes.

Hepsiburada Guide is a product that helps customers and partners quickly find clear answers about our services and make the right decisions. The content is delivered in formats such as FAQs, step-by-step guides, and chatbot scenarios.

We are looking for an Content Manager who will ensure the highest quality of content, maintain consistency across materials, and help establish clear editorial standards.

Our Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an Content Manager,
• Excellent command of Turkish and English (written and spoken)
• Russian is a plus
• Experience writing and editing different types of content (FAQs, guides, scenarios / flows)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex information
