Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a Senior Commercial Development Team Lead to steer commercial effectiveness, sales intelligence, and incentive management across a multinational framework. You will translate business priorities into actionable analytics, build scalable processes, and drive measurable outcomes.

You will oversee a team responsible for forecasting, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision making, collaborating with cross-functional partners in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
• Master's degree (MSc or MBA) is a strong asset.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, business analytics, or related analytical/commercial roles.
• Proven experience in people leadership and team management.
• Strong data capabilities with the ability to work with complex datasets to derive insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Development team, setting objectives and performance expectations.
• Improve commercial effectiveness, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales and support processes.
• Develop analytical models and frameworks for commercial decisions.
• Own and lead end-to-end commercial incentive management.
• Lead periodic business performance reviews and management presentations.
