Job summary

Cottgroup is seeking a Client Relations Specialist in Turkey to manage end-to-end client relationships and ensure service continuity. You will coordinate projects, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law (4857), Social Security Law (5510), and relevant regulations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in client management and project coordination is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support and actively participate in client onboarding and implementation processes.
• Monitor client service levels and identify risks proactively.
• Organize and lead regular client meetings.
• Analyze client needs and provide guidance on HR and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law and regulations.
• Capture and manage client feedback, requests, and complaints.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure alignment with internal standards.
