Job summary

CottGroup is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to manage end-to-end client relationships in a dynamic multi-client environment. You will coordinate across Operations, Payroll, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in payroll, HR ops, or client-facing roles.
• Fluency in English; Turkish labor regs knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuity.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams to deliver on HR/payroll processes.
• Onboard clients and document processes; monitor SLAs and risks.
• Lead client meetings with status updates, risks, and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor laws and data protection standards.
• Capture feedback and drive continuous service improvements.
