Job summary

CottGroup is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes accurately and on time in compliance with applicable laws. You will proactively identify risks, execute corrective actions, and coordinate with HR and Finance.

The role covers payroll processing, MUH-SGK declarations, benefits administration, and reporting. Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and incentives is essential, with at least 3 years in payroll or HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and personnel affairs processes.
• Experience in HR consulting firms and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good command of Excel.
• Strong knowledge of current incentive practices.
• Strong knowledge of SSI and Labor Law practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out payroll processes accurately and on time in compliance with applicable legislation.
• Prepare and submit MUH-SGK declarations in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Carry out all processes related to salary payments, BES pensions, meal allowance, and employee benefits.
• Prepare bank lists and payment instructions.
• Monitor incentive processes and apply them within payroll processes.
• Calculate annual leave, severance pay, notice pay, advances, bonuses, and additional payments, and manage onboarding and termination procedures.
• Monitor and update legal parameters related to payroll calculations.
• Manage all processes related to İŞKUR,
• Prepare monthly reports in cooperation with HR, Finance and Accounting.
