Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor for our İzmir Plant. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, drive process improvements, manage 3PL coordination, and ensure alignment with customer service and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years FMCG logistics experience, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, and strong English and ERP/WMS skills. The suitable candidate will lead staff, monitor budgets, and uphold EHS standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FMCG logistics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics or relevant field.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in stock control, transportation, and customer logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP software (Oracle or SAP).
• Proven leadership and team-management in warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement productivity improvements.
• Monitor budgets under department responsibility.
• Lead procurement processes and tender specs.
• Oversee training processes for the team.
• Plan and coordinate work schedules and shifts.
• Coordinate daily with the CS team for service improvements.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with 3PL providers.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance co-packing suppliers.
• Communicate with transport planning to optimize loading.
• Lead weekly food safety initiatives to ensure compliance.
• Oversee stock transfers between facilities.
• Maintain stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Act on shipment schedules and production plan revisions.
