Job summary

NIQ is seeking a client-aligned professional in Turkey to act as liaison between clients, commercial teams and operations. You will translate client needs into internal work orders and collaborate across functions to resolve inquiries efficiently.

This role requires Turkish and English fluency, strong analytics, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to improve client satisfaction while maintaining robust relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Turkish written and spoken proficiency required.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
• Strong end-to-end operational understanding.
• Good understanding of the local market.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive in recommending solutions.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specs.
• Customer service oriented and able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Convert clients’ needs into internal work orders.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams on client inquiries.
• Ensure timely, accurate resolution of client requests and direct client contact.
• Build relationships to facilitate meetings and remove obstacles.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to address client requests.
• Assist root-cause analysis for quality improvements.
• Drive improvements in client satisfaction.
• Provide training for new joiners and team members.
• Maintain updated operational documentation.
• Work daily in a multicultural environment to meet objectives.
