Job summary

IQVIA in Turkey seeks a Site Enablement Lead & Site-Facing Line Manager to support the successful implementation of Site Enablement Solutions across clinical research sites. You will be the primary contact for assigned sites and provide leadership to site-based staff.

Role requires strong stakeholder management, English and Turkish fluency, and travel within Turkey. You will collaborate with investigators, study teams, and internal partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Experience in clinical research, site operations, or site management.
Direct work with clinical research sites and site staff.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and ongoing delivery of Site Enablement Solutions at clinical research sites.
Build relationships with investigators and site personnel to support study execution.
Onboard and develop site-based clinical research staff.
Monitor service delivery, identify risks, and drive improvements.
Provide training and operational support for site enablement tools and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Support patient recruitment and site engagement initiatives across Turkey.
