Job summary

NIQ is seeking a client-focused analyst to manage strategic relationships with retail clients in Istanbul and beyond. You will analyze sales, shopper, and market data to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights, reports, and executive summaries to stakeholders.

Based in Istanbul, you will collaborate cross-functionally, present recommendations to senior decision-makers, and identify growth opportunities by proposing relevant solutions and services.

Qualifications

• University degree (Statistics, Mathematics or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience (Market Research/Sales/Marketing/Trade Marketing).
• Excellent English and Turkish verbal and written communication.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills; storytelling ability.
• Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal skills; computer-literate.
• Based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, serving as trusted advisor.
• Understand client businesses, market dynamics, trends, opportunities.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare reports, executive summaries, and client-focused data support.
• Deliver timely responses to client inquiries to enable outcomes.
• Present analyses and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Deliver client projects by compiling and interpreting data with measurable value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify client needs and growth opportunities; propose solutions.
• Contribute to regional/global projects and best-practice sharing.
