Job summary

ING Türkiye seeks a Financial Markets Retail and Private Clients Sales Manager to grow sales of financial markets products among Retail and Private Banking clients and build long-term client relationships. You will work on FX Derivatives and Fixed Income, connecting ING’s global capabilities to local clients.

The role requires a finance background, SPK Level 3 and derivatives licenses, and fluency in English and Turkish, with strong presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Economics or Engineering.
• 4+ years in financial markets, preferably Retail/Private Banking.
• SPK Level 3 license and derivatives license.
• Reuters/Bloomberg literate; strong product knowledge and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Financial Markets products to Retail/Private Banking clients.
• Grow FX Derivatives and Fixed Income portfolios.
• Link ING’s global capabilities to local clients for value creation.
• Develop digitalization plans to improve client satisfaction and efficiency.
