Job summary

Citi in Turkey seeks a Client Analyst to ensure seamless onboarding and client implementation. You will coordinate service delivery, manage credit interactions, and act as the central contact for multinational clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities include onboarding, KYC ownership, and resolving client escalations while supporting origination activities and campaign initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of client management or related financial services experience.
• Basic product knowledge and understanding of KYC/AML requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and support origination activities.
• Provide relationship and origination support to RAMs/PAMs and clients.
• Identify low-complexity opportunities in partnership with management.
• Contribute to campaigns, wallet sizing, and product initiatives.
• Manage credit requests and monitor credit lines with internal teams.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding experience and post-implementation follow-up.
• Serve as the primary contact for client escalations and day-to-day operations.
• Own KYC for a portfolio and maintain accurate client profiles.
